Contact us
Email contact@parkmydomain.co.uk from the address you used at checkout. We aim to reply within 12 hours, this could be as much as 48 hours during out of hours and weekends.
Please include:
- The domain name (for example
example.co.uk) - A short description of the issue
- Your Nominet registrar tag, if the question is about a transfer or release
- Screenshots or error messages, if something failed on the site
Buyer account
Sign in at parkmydomain.co.uk with the email you used when you bought the domain. We send a one-time 6-digit code to that address - check spam if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
From your account you can view purchased domains, download invoices where available, request a release to your registrar tag, and archive domains you no longer need in your inbox.
Checkout and payment
- Checkout is completed through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
- While payment is pending, the domain may be reserved for a limited time. If checkout expires, the domain returns to sale and you can try again.
- After payment, allow a short time for your order to show as paid in your buyer account. If it stays pending after an hour, contact us with your checkout email and domain name.
Invoices and receipts
Paid orders may include a Stripe invoice or receipt link in your buyer account. If a link is missing, email us with the domain name and purchase email and we will help.
Domain transfer and release
To move a domain to your registrar, submit a release request from your buyer account with your correct registrar tag. We review and process releases in line with registry requirements. Transfer timing depends on your registrar and Nominet.
Double-check your tag before submitting. If you need to change a pending request, use the option in your account or contact us.
